As we celebrated the milestone of 50 years in business, we reflected on the gratitude shared by city officials for our dedication to providing jobs and services in Rochester. Also expressed, is our appreciation for the city and community for their continued support throughout our company history.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to proudly serve customers throughout upstate New York and uphold our reputation through the changing climate in manufacturing. We broadened our services to include design and prototyping, custom fabrications, and automotive frames, and wheel repair. This adaptability has allowed us to maintain and grow our customer base and increase our hiring. Investment in equipment and employee training has allowed us to grow with emerging technologies.
Fab-Weld will continue to add capabilities to serve our customers’ changing needs. In 2020, we began investing in additional capacity for remote services including welding repair for food service and facilities maintenance customers. Our design team is expanding to enable us to innovate to improve efficiency and reduce waste in automation. We continue in our commitment to source tools, materials, and subcontracting locally. We are dedicated to limiting environmental impact through sustainable business practices and investment in energy-efficient technologies.
